Evidence-based practice is well-established in medicine, law enforcement, and policy, but not management. When it can improve the quality and outcomes of decision-making, why hasn't evidence-based management been widely adopted?

Join us as we hear from Rob Briner, founder of the Center for Evidence-Based Management and renowned expert, share how we can overcome the barriers to this practice. He will cover cognitive limitations, management trends, organizational politics, and more.

Rob Briner brings over 20 years of experience in organizational and applied psychology. He is now in numerous initiatives aimed at developing and promoting Evidence- Based Management and organizational psychology. This approach involves making more conscientious and critical use of different forms of best available evidence and questioning received wisdom often found in ‘cutting-edge’ ideas and so-called ‘best practices’.

We look forward to seeing you at this exciting talk that will be sure to challenge the management status quo.
