Faculty Lecture with Stephen A. Privett, S.J.

Tuesday, May 6 | 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m.

McLaren 252

Join Stephen A. Privett, S.J. as he shares his "apologia pro vita sua" and discusses his personal faith journey over lunch. Faculty and staff of all faith traditions and none are welcome.
A beloved and visionary leader, Fr. Privett has championed the education of minds and hearts since assuming the presidency in 2000. During his successful tenure, USF has received national recognition numerous times, including landing on the President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll for seven consecutive years. Fr. Privett has also overseen the opening of a cutting-edge learning center in the heart of campus, the John Lo Schiavo, S.J. Center for Science and Innovation, led the university to receive a record-setting number of applicants, and has upheld an unparalleled commitment to providing access to USF for students from all economic backgrounds despite the meteoric rise in the cost of a privet university education. The lecture will also be available via a live online stream here ».
