Free Mindfulness Meditation

Every Tuesday | 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Start your year off by including a meditation practice in your schedule. Mindfulness meditation helps you focus your mind, direct your energy, and achieve balance emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Drop in when you can, make it a regular date on Tuesday at 4pm, bring a friend or come alone. We provide a safe, comfortable atmosphere for you to rest in the flow of your busy life.
