According to the American College Health Association, the number one health impediment to academic performance is stress. The Health Promotion Services staff plans a Stress Less Day every Fall semester.
This event will have free mini-manicures, doggie play, free massages, acupuncture, make your own potpourri, henna, and other de-stressing activities! Our participants are available to highlight available resources for students to cope with stress in effective ways.
Tentative rain location: Mclaren 252
