The Magis Emerging Leadership Program cultivates new leaders by helping students develop knowledge of self, others, and community. Based on the Social Change Model of Leadership, this program joins students in a small cohort for this exploration. Magis, which is a Jesuit value that means “more” in Latin, challenges students to stretch themselves as leaders and strive for excellence in their pursuits.
Approximately 30 Freshmen will be selected to participate in the Fall program, which includes two on-campus meetings and an off-campus retreat at NatureBridge Conference Center in Marin Headlands. A second cohort will be selected in Spring.
