This all-day interactive workshop will introduce an approach to leadership to help women become more self-confident and effective leaders. Discussion topics include:

  • Behavioral and communication styles and values
  • Gender differences
  • Developing a more collaborative mindset
  • Taking smart career risks
  • Expanding your strategic network
  • Influencing

Our facilitator is Nannette Rundle Carroll, former Management Development and Training Director for a Fortune 100 global division, and currently a member of the American Management Association faculty.
