 On February 22, 2013, the University of San Francisco Law Review symposium, The Future Of Affirmative Action After Fisher, will focus on the future of affirmative action in America. The symposium will include discussions of the evolution of affirmative action, Fisher v. University of Texas, and the likely effects of Fisher, once decided. It will feature lawyers who have argued affirmative action before the Supreme Court, individuals responsible for amicus curiae briefs filed in the Fisher case, and other leading experts on affirmative action.
