Department:Law SORG - Criminal Law Society
The Criminal Law Society is holding a LIVE motion to suppress evidence on Thursday the 14th at 12:30 in room 100.  Come see two of USF's finest future District Attorney and Public Defender advocates, Courtney Burris and Quoc To, as they square off to determine whether the evidence in the case of the People v. Kenisha Day will be suppressed.  There will be direct and cross examination, evidence, argument, and a live ruling on the motion.  This event will be a great chance for students to see the improvement an aspiring criminal attorney can have in their oral advocacy skills from moot court to 3L.  This will also be a great opportunity for students to see a motion that deals squarely with fourth amendment search and seizure.  As usual, food will be provided for all, so please come show your support!
