The USF Law Review presents Legal Ethics in the 21st Century: Technology, Speech, and Money.   This symposium will explore the professional responsibility implications of attorneys using internet-enabled technology and business tools to communicate, raise funds, and conduct practice.

This activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 4.0 credit hours in the category of Legal Ethics.  The University of San Francisco School of Law is an approved provider of MCLE and certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved educational activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education. 

Attorneys in Compliance Group 3 (N-Z), with a reporting period from 2/1/11 to 1/31/14 may complete the Legal Ethics credit hour requirement by attending this symposium.
