Please join the Student Bar Association for Lawyers as Leaders: A Conversation with Stephen T. Lanctot '78 on Tuesday, February 19th, 2013 at 12:00 pm in Kendrick 103.  Stephen T. Lanctot, currently a Partner at Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP and a 1978 graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, specializes in business and employment law. He has represented a number of small corporations in matters including executive compensation, personnel policies and privacy issues. Stephen has also advised executives in negotiating compensation agreements and exit strategies. For 17 years he served on the Board of Directors of the National Brain Tumor Society and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Immaculate Conception Academy, a Catholic High School in San Francisco. Stephen will discuss his varied experiences as an attorney and civic leader and share his perspective on the role of lawyers as leaders in society.
