Law SORG - National Lawyers Guild
The National Lawyers Guild USF chapter would like to invite all USF law
students to a panel on social movement lawyering. This panel will
feature attorneys from different firms that work on a host of social
movement issues, such as: Immigration and Deportation Defense, Plaintiff
and Union-side Labor and Employment law, Police Accountability, and general Public Interest issues.
The panel seeks to provide students with information on how to enter
these fields, with specific information on the path each panelist has
taken to arrive at their current position. This will give students an
opportunity to learn how they can practice their values and create
social change in their future careers.
