We invite you to participate in this special series of conversations and reflections exploring spirituality in our daily lives, sponsored jointly by University Ministry and Human Resources. People of any or no faith traditions are welcome. This semester, the group will read Immortal Diamond: The Search for our True Self, by Richard Rohr, a Franciscan priest. Rohr writes that grasping onto such superficial identities as jobs, social standing or accomplishments often keep us from being the loving and generous conduits of the Divine we are meant to be. While it is difficult to shed our false selves, Rohr proposes that it is a spiritual search well worth the effort. Donal Godfrey, S.J., from University Ministry, will facilitate our sessions. If interested in joining this group, please register soon, as space is limited.
